This lightly sweet and crisp cocktail is the perfect potion for keeping you warm as sweater weather makes its debut.
Rock salt + Chili powder for one side of glass and rim
2 oz. COÇA PURA Plata Tequila
½ oz. Lime Juice (fresh squeeze half a lime)
1 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
½ oz. 100% agave syrup (to sweeten while keeping calories to a minimum)
1 pinch of salt/chili mix
Ruby red grapefruit wedge (cut the wedge in half)
Shake all ingredients and pour over short glass filled to edge with ice. Swing by one of our favorite places Fine & Rare in New York, and ask for a Palomita with COÇA PURA.

Coarse sugar + cinnamon for the whole rim
2 oz. COÇA PURA Plata Tequila
2oz. organic pear nectar (juice if you don’t have nectar)
1 ½ oz. Grand Marnier
Pear slice cut thin – place on top of ice
Shake all ingredients with lots of ice and pour into a chilled martini glass.

2 oz. COÇA PURA Plata Tequila
½ oz. cinnamon infused simple syrup
1 dash aromatic bitters
1 dash chocolate bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Peel a 2” piece of orange skin and twist peel over cocktail and apply orange peel essence on entire rim of glass.
Stir all ingredients with lots of ice and pour into a “lowball” glass with a medium to large ice cub

2 oz. organic apple cider
½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice (half a lime)
½ oz. Agave in the Raw
2 pinches ground cinnamon
Caramel drizzle inside martini glass (prior to pouring in drink)
Shake all ingredients with ice, use a strainer and pour into an iced martini glass
Optional decorations: diced red/green/yellow apples on a cocktail skewer and place across edge of rim / add cinnamon stick in cocktail.

1 oz. espresso
2 dash chocolate bitters
1 dash Tahiti vanilla bitters
Decorate with 2-3 cacao-covered coffee beans (optional)
Shake all ingredients with lots of ice for 30 seconds, use a strainer and pour into an iced martini glass.
These tequila drinks were somewhat inspired at the famed Jose Enrique in Puerto Rico in Santurce, CHINA (orange in Spanish from PR) & CANELA (cinnamon in Spanish) = “ChiNela”.
